By downloading, accessing, or using the AstroThreads application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY

AstroThreads is provided for entertainment purposes only. The astrological forecasts, outfit recommendations, and "daily vibes" generated by the App are based on interpretation of astrological concepts and artificial intelligence. They are not scientifically proven and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The App does NOT provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

• Medical: Do not use this App to diagnose or treat any health condition.
• Financial: Do not make investment or financial decisions based on this App.
• Life Choices: You are solely responsible for your life choices, decisions, and actions. The creators of AstroThreads assume no liability for any actions you take based on the App's content.

3. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

The App contains links to third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon). If you purchase items through these links, we may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or product availability.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroThreads and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.

5. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF SERVICE

5.1 Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

5.2 Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

5.3 Service Discontinuation ("Sunset"): In the event that we decide to permanently shut down the App, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

6. NO WARRANTY OF AVAILABILITY

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, be secure, or be available at any particular time or location.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jonathan P. Meyers and the AstroThreads service from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the App;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

8. APPLE STANDARD EULA
